Situated on a site with a long side facing a ravine and a short side on a slope, the development reimagines the typical condominium typology as a horizontal skyscraper. Located on a hillside in Cumbayá, this project presents a break from the traditional approach to residential condominiums, which often rely on repetitive, commercially-driven designs. The design is based on a modular block structure that adapts to the topography of the land, with each unit having its own unique conditions, making every residence distinct.
Although the design follows an undulating form to blend with the natural terrain, it remains economically viable and efficient. The elevated structure allows for parking spaces underneath, while each unit benefits from sweeping views of the valley and the ravine, as well as large terrace-style gardens at the front. The project is a thoughtful response to density, ensuring that each unit’s architectural space is both functional and valuable. With 100 units across 30,000 square meters, the development includes social areas and expansive gardens, creating a balanced urban environment that honors its surroundings.
