Situated along Ecuador's breathtaking coastline, this project takes full advantage of the land's spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. The design plays with the natural topography, offering panoramic vistas from each of the 45 homes, which are spread across 6 hectares of land. The residences, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square meters, are constructed with lightweight metal structures covered in wood, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint while maintaining a strong connection to the natural landscape.
The houses are arranged in a panoramic formation to maximize ocean views, with each unit offering both privacy and an expansive connection to the outdoors. Central to the project is the emphasis on communal social spaces, designed to provide comfort in the region's warm climate year-round. These spaces feature organic concrete roofs that blend seamlessly with the terrain, providing ample shade and flexibility for events. Surrounding the homes, the existing nature integrates harmoniously with the built environment, creating a cohesive and poetic relationship between architecture and landscape. The result is a retreat where nature and design merge effortlessly into a unified whole.
