Commissioned by Philippe Chatelain, recognized as meilleur ouvrier de France, this bakery is a canvas for culinary artistry.
Upon entering, visitors are immediately enveloped in a dreamlike ambiance, reminiscent of the fluidity of cream. The space, once an old structure, has been transformed into a seamless blend of old and new. Textured columns and beams stand as silent witnesses to the space's history, whilst at its heart, a new sculptural addition is brought to life, gracefully bridging the gap between past and present.
